Overview, features and application details

Perlinsos is the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs' digital social protection portal. Families log in with their IKD digital identity to register or re-register for social assistance such as PKH and BPNT.

Perlinsos — short for Perlindungan Sosial — is the digital social protection portal of Indonesia's Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos), at perlinsos.kemensos.go.id. It is where families register, and re-register, their data for social assistance programmes such as PKH and BPNT.

Why Perlinsos exists

Indonesia is moving social assistance registration onto one digital system tied to the national social and economic data (DTSEN). The idea is simple: if your family data is current and verified, aid can be targeted better. The government has said it aims to register 48 million families in Digital Perlinsos by December 2026, ahead of assistance distribution running through the system from 2027.

How to log in and register

Open perlinsos.kemensos.go.id. The portal checks your login through IKD, the Digital Population Identity, so activate your IKD first if you have not done it. To register you will need your NIK from your ID card, your PLN electricity meter number, and a facial verification step. Enter your family's data exactly as it is — the details you submit are cross-checked against other government data, including Dukcapil records, and wrong data slows everything down.

No phone, or stuck? Use an agent

You do not have to do this alone. Perlinsos Agents — PKH facilitators, local officials, neighbourhood (RT/RW) administrators and community volunteers — help residents register, and they are not allowed to charge you. Village and sub-district offices can also help you check results or file an objection if your result says you are ineligible and you believe your family's real condition says otherwise.

Registration is not a guarantee

Registering only puts your data into the system. Whether your family receives assistance is decided after verification against the programme rules. The portal is also still in a trial and development phase, so features and coverage can differ by region.

Our Perlinsos login guide explains the IKD check and each registration step in order.

APK01 is an independent guide and is not affiliated with Kemensos. Register only at perlinsos.kemensos.go.id, and never pay an agent — their help is free.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common inquiries regarding Perlinsos installation & verification

What is Perlinsos?
Perlinsos is the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs' digital social protection portal (perlinsos.kemensos.go.id) for registering and re-registering family data for social assistance such as PKH and BPNT.
What do I need to register on Perlinsos?
An activated IKD (Digital Population Identity) for login, your NIK from your ID card, your PLN electricity meter number, and a facial verification step.
The portal keeps verifying my IKD login. Is that normal?
Yes. The portal first verifies your identity against the IKD system, which can take a few seconds, before it lets you into the registration pages.
Can someone help me register?
Yes. Perlinsos Agents — PKH facilitators, local officials, RT/RW administrators and volunteers — help for free. They are not allowed to ask for payment. Village offices can help too.
Does registering on Perlinsos mean I will receive assistance?
No. Registration only records your data. Eligibility is decided after your data is verified against other government records and each programme's rules.
